Hiking Essentials
- Clothing: Simple & Comfortable clothing is essential to adapt to changing weather conditions.
- Footwear: Light, Comfortable, and Waterproof Trekking Shoes/Boots. (Choose footwear with good ankle support and traction for varied terrain)
- Water: Carry plenty of water for the duration of Hike. (Minimum 2 Litres)
- Food: Homemade Foods (Chocolates/Juice/Fruits/Dry fruits/ Dehydrated meals). Please avoid bringing junk food, carbonated drinks, and alcohol.
- Fitness: Ensure you are in good physical condition and a Positive Attitude before embarking on a hike.
- Accessories: Cap/Hat, Sunglass, Gloves,Raincoat/Umbrella, Medicine (For Emergency), trekking pole(optional)
